Meet Sandra

Sandra was born in New York, and moved to Toronto at age twelve with her family. The hardest part of immigrating wasn’t the cold winters it was the absence of the familiar smells of her mother’s kitchen: egusi soup, jollof rice, and freshly fried puff-puff.
